Founded in 1973, OCA is a leading national, non-profit, civil rights advocacy and educational organization based in Washington, DC.  OCA is dedicated to advancing the social, political, and economic well-being of Chinese Americans and Asian Americans.  Our non-partisan focus, policy initiatives, and grass roots support has allowed OCA to grow to over 80 chapters and affiliates, representing more than 10,000 individuals across America.  (More on OCA National)
 

OCA Silicon Valley: 

Mission Statement:  Our goal is to build a strong Asian American community in the Silicon Valley.  We are active in coalition building, advocacy, and supporting educational and cultural activities.  Our membership is made up of entrepreneurs, community leaders, educators, professionals, parents, and Silicon Valley residents who support our work.
