*  Fall 2003:  An article written by OCASV President, Albert Lee, on how the USA Patriot Act impacts the Asian Community.  This appeared in the National OCA Image magazine, Fall 2003 issue. 

*  April 2003:  Resolution in support of civil liberties and the support to get the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors to pass a resolution affirming this and against certain provisions of the USA Patriot ACT.
